Return and exchange policy*You can exchange or return the damaged or defective product through the customer service available at Abjad Studio Store via email or WhatsApp. At Abjad Studio, we always strive to provide full support to our customers, and we do our best to meet their requirements. But if you are not satisfied with the purchase process from the website, you can request a return or exchange of products if you receive a product with a defect, manufacturing flaw, breakage, or not matching the product you purchased, or if there is a defect in the product resulting from shipping or packaging processes, or if you receive a product that does not match your order, simply and easily as possible. We provide a policy for returning and exchanging products according to the following controls:Exchange:1- The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and exchange the product provided to him by Abjad Studio within 24 hours for exchange from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the specified period.2- The condition for exchanging the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it, and Abjad Studio has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety.3- The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases:· If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer.· If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.4- If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product to Abjad Studio with a refund of the paid amount, but the shipping cost is not borne by the store. And if you receive a damaged product, you have the right to contact Abjad Studio, upload the necessary evidence, and the cost of the product will be refunded or compensation will be provided according to the store’s assessment. The process of exchange or return may take 10 working days. The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified. Then the amount will be transferred to your account within 3 working days from the date of receiving the product. When you wish to exchange the damaged product and choose the alternative product, please transfer the difference in amount between the damaged product and the alternative product if there is a price difference.Return:1- The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return or exchange the product provided to him by Abjad Studio within 24 hours for a return from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have this right after the specified period.2- The condition for returning the product is that it is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it, and Abjad Studio has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.3- In case of return, the product must be delivered directly to the store.**4- The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases:· If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer.· If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.**Note: In case of return, the product must be delivered to the main branch of Abjad Studio.
